Mission and Outreach

The act of serving.  Serving those in need.  That is what God has called His followers to do.  That is mission work.  At Covenant, we offer many different opportunities for you to use your talents toward furthering the kingdom of God.

• Faith United Methodist's "Neighborhood Involvement Ministry", Ft Wayne

• Habitat for Humanity

• Byron Health Center, Fort Wayne

• CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Christmas Families

• Associated Churches Food Bank, Fort Wayne

• Rescue Mission & Charas House, Fort Wayne

• South Side Opportunities

• Bashor Children's Home, Goshen, IN

• Bashor Children's Home - church makes 75 quilts per year for the resident's at Bashor

• Covenant Knitter's - this group is dedicated to making prayer shawls for those facing illness or loss of a loved one

• SOS Tutors - tutoring program for children living on the Southside of Fort Wayne

• Associated Churches Food Bank

• CASA Christmas families

• Bryon Health Center Christmas Project

• Homebound Meals

• Operation Classroom - tote bags are sewn and filled with school supplies for children in Africa

• Rescue Mission - we send 4 teams per month to serve meals at the mission

• Middle School & High School Summer Mission Trips

• Adult Mission Trips
